This is not a good vacation.

At first, Rayanne is clueless about the item and its value. One thing becomes crystal clear: If it’s not returned, they might not make it home alive.
My review:
JC Gatlin’s The Cypress Trap is a frightening story, not because there was some slasher stalking the main characters, but this plot depicts a revenge plan gone deadly. I was also taken aback by the desperation of one character as he clung to a fleeting hope of regaining the cursed rabbit’s foot. It was hard not to feel sympathy for him even though he is the main conspirator behind the retrieval plan.
If you are looking for something a bit different in the thriller genre then I highly recommend The Cypress Trap. Gatlin doesn’t hold back the suspense in this novel. Highly recommeneded and filled with twists & turns!
